As we reconnect with these qualities, health naturally flows, and the currents of life move with greater ease and vitality.

This work is rooted in trauma-informed somatics and nourished by the wisdom of Zen Buddhism, Daoist philosophy, ecology and the mythopoetic.

This path is especially dear to my heart, as someone who has navigated chronic health challenges and deeply understands the care and tenderness required to support others on their own journeys.
